The best Japanese in town and a good option for Seafood

By Amandha

I have found the best Japanese restaurant in town: Keiji Sushi Bar is modern, yet welcoming.

The food is really good – the fish is fresh and well cut. The rolls and the platters are beautifully served. The added plus for you is that you can bring your own bottle of wine with no cost and drink it while enjoying a lovely dinner. The ambiance is calm in the early part of the evening, but gets lively around 20:00 when all reservations arrive.

Specialised in seafood, the Osteria Capitolino has a nice option of fish and seafood. The fresh oysters were good, but just not cold enough and having to eat them with a full size fork was a disappointment. The pasta served with an array of seafood is served al dente and the Grigliata provides a combination of fish and seafood. A simple place with good service. Prices on the high side. All in all good, but not great!
